1. Definitions: Advertiser: The company offering the CPA program. Affiliate: The individual or entity promoting the advertiser’s offers. CPA (Cost Per Action): A payment model where the affiliate earns a commission when a user completes a specific action (e.g., signup, purchase, lead submission). Tracking System: The platform used to monitor conversions and payouts.
2. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval: Affiliates must apply and be approved before promoting offers. The advertiser reserves the right to reject or terminate an affiliate without notice. Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment details.
3. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates may use approved marketing methods (e.g., social media, email marketing, websites). Prohibited methods: Spamming (unsolicited emails or messages). Misleading or false advertising. Incentivized traffic (unless approved). Bidding on restricted keywords in paid ads (e.g., brand names). Any violation may result in termination and withholding of earnings.
4. Tracking & Payouts: Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate links. Payouts are based on verified actions as per the tracking system.
